Ticket Information
• Cancellations, changes, and refunds are not available after ticket purchase.
• Preschool children (age 0 - 6) may attend free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap. If a separate seat is required, a ticket must be purchased.
• Convenience store payment is available beginning 36 hours after ticket sales open and until three days before ticket sales close.

Filming & Photography Policy
Submitting the filming application form below is required for using DSLR cameras, video cameras, GoPros, or similar equipment.
• Photography and video recording using smartphones and tablets is permitted. However, live streaming is strictly prohibited.
• Photos and videos may be uploaded to platforms such as YouTube and Instagram; however, recording extended portions or the entirety of the contest is not permitted.
• The use of monopods, tripods, or filming at heights that may disturb other guests is prohibited.

A filming fee of ¥10,000 (tax included) must be paid either at the athlete check-ins or at the event reception desk on the day of the contest.
If you have not submitted a filming application in advance, staff may ask you to stop filming. Depending on the situation, you may also be asked to delete recorded content.
To help ensure smooth event operations, please make sure to complete the application in advance.

Venue Rules
• Please do not eat or drink inside the venue. Please take all trash with you when leaving.
• Unauthorized commercial activity inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
• Anyone who interfere with contest operations or engage in behavior contrary to sportsmanship may be asked to leave the venue.

Wheelchair Accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible seating is available.
Even if general seating tickets are sold out, spectators using wheelchairs may still purchase tickets at the venue on the day of the event and enter the venue.
Please speak with a staff member upon arrival for assistance.

Please take full responsibility for your valuables and personal belongings.
